Dustin Pusch

Dustin is an experienced litigator with expertise in protecting the reputations of individuals and businesses across the spectrum, including Fortune 500 companies and small businesses, executives and educators, doctors and patients, and public figures across the globe. He is one of only six attorneys in the United States recognized by Chambers for his expertise in Plaintiff’s-side First Amendment litigation.

He has represented prominent individuals, leaders, and companies in the financial, political, education, medical, pharmaceutical, non-profit, religious, and film and entertainment industries against numerous media outlets, including Fox News, Bloomberg, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, and CBS. Through prepublication correspondence, Dustin has promoted fair and accurate reporting about his clients and has killed misleading proposed stories by The Washington Post, 60 Minutes, and The New York Times.
