Dunnaran Baasankhuu

Dunnaran is a Partner in MinterEllison's Ulaanbaatar office and has been with the firm since it opened in 2012. Her principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and finance as well as regulatory compliance, construction, infrastructure, energy and employment law.

Dunnaran has been educated in both Mongolia and Australia (obtaining an LLM from the University of Melbourne) and prior to working in our Ultaanbaatar office worked as a foreign lawyer in the Corporate team of our Melbourne office. Prior to joining MinterEllison Dunnaran worked for the Mongolian Government in the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs.

Dunnaran is admitted in Mongolia and is fluent in Mongolian and English.
