Dominic is an international arbitrator with particular experience in banking, finance and project finance disputes. (He is on the specialist finance panel of HKIAC, for example.)
As well as the usual, regular commercial cases, Dominic also has considerable experience arbitrating disputes in agency & distribution, joint ventures, (de)mergers & acquisitions, pharmaceuticals (big and small), real estate, international sale of goods, telecoms, and defence contracting (military vehicles and other equipment).

Dominic is an Honorary Professor of the School of Law, Queen Mary, University of London. He convenes a module called 'Ethics in International Arbitration'.
He is a former Visiting Professor of the University of Turin, Italy, where he continues to lecture on international arbitration law.
Dominic is a member of the International Advisory Board of UNIDROIT, Rome.
