Diogo Figueiredo is a Schneider, Pugliese, partner and has extensive experience in administrative tax litigation, consultancy, national and international tax planning, as well in “cross-border transactions” and tax controversies related to national and international taxation.
Has a PhD in Economic, Financial and Tax Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Master’s degree in International Taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Graduated in the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo Law School (PUC-SP), and holds specialist titles in Law and Economics of Business from the São Paulo Law School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (EDESP–FGV), as well as in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET).
