Assists local and international clients on corporate business matters and finances; with emphasis on private equity, corporate and financial structures. Experienced in M&As (including due diligence procedures), real estate, foreign investment, sports and entertainment, capital markets, public law and regulatory matters. Co-leads the team on international sanctions, as they relate to Venezuelan law.
An able negotiator, with a global approach to the client’s interests (enhanced by a comprehensive understanding and practical expertise in labor and litigation issues). Represents clients in court and in arbitration procedures.
