Diana Sanclemente

Her practice includes assisting oil companies (E&P and service companies), mining companies and multinational corporations of the pharmaceutical industry with business in Colombia, among others. In the last year, Ms Sanclemente has been involved in the conversion of TEA’s to E&P’s offshore contracts between IOC’s and the Colombian Agency of Hydrocarbons (ANH), being one of them the first to drill offshore in many years; offshore studies proposals with services companies; asset acquisition for oil and service companies; unconventional reservoirs studies; acquisition of a participating interest in a pipeline; advising oil companies to participate in contracting with the ANH and helping service companies in performing all type of hydrocarbon onshore and offshore services, as well as advising clients that render services and sell equipment related to power transmission.
