Diana Ducharme

Diana represents a wide range of clients in the areas of commercial real estate and finance law. With over 25 years of experience, Diana practices in multiple aspects of commercial real estate development, representing national, regional and local owners, borrowers, developers, tenants and landlords in such matters as the acquisition, sale, financing, development and leasing of medical and commercial office, retail, mixed-use and industrial projects. Such projects include community health centers, office parks, graduate student housing, shopping centers, solar farms, a Providence-based farmers’ market, a free health clinic and various wildlife organizations. Diana also works with numerous institutional lenders on a variety of commercial real estate-secured financing transactions in a wide range of industries, such as retail, multifamily, commercial (including warehouse, office and industrial), and healthcare (including health clinics and medical space).
