Devon Luca is Counsel at Gall Legge Grant Zwack LLP and a dispute resolution lawyer with a practice focused on commercial disputes and arbitration.

She has acted as arbitration counsel in significant P3 and construction disputes, including delay claims arising from major infrastructure projects, domestic arbitrations involving substantial contractual, shareholder, and equitable claims, and investor-trade disputes relating to projects in North and South America.

Her practice spans domestic and international disputes in Canada and Bermuda. Devon brings particular experience advising sophisticated commercial parties in high-value, technically demanding arbitration proceedings, and is often called upon to develop and advance strategy in complex, cross-border cases.
