Dr. Denise Jagmetti is a Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency and in the Litigation practice group. She guides her clients through complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as all disputes relating to corporate and commercial law. Her longstanding role as a substitute judge at the Zurich Bankruptcy & Restructuring Court provides a valuable background.
