- Financing of the largest natural gas field in Azerbaijan

- Senior revolving credit facility to an international energy trader for an oil storage depot, the biggest foreign investment at the time in Cyprus

- Matisse financing of the first international bond issue secured by Romanian commercial real estate

- USD 350 million debut Eurobond issue of a Russian property company traded on the main market of the Irish Stock Exchange, the first Eurobond issue by a Cyprus company active in the Russian real estate market

-Bond offering of a UK-listed satellite communications provider

-Hostile mandatory public takeover offer for a company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

-Advised a consortium including Trafigura in relation to the USD 12.9 billion purchase of India’s Essar Oil Ltd which was India’s largest ever foreign direct investment transaction;

-Advised a consortium including Asian Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, China Limited and ING Bank N.V., in relation to a $1 billion project financing Lukoil Overseas Shah Deniz Ltd in relation to stage 2 of the of the Shah Deniz gas development project in Azerbaijan;

-Assisted BW Offshore (which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange) refinance the USD 2.4 billion facility into a five-year senior secured USD 672.5 million revolving credit facility

-Advised a group of entities which includes an entity listed on the LSE regarding the group’s several re-financings amounting to US $557 million

-Advised General Electric regarding the USD150 million debt financing package provided to LongWing Energy S.C.A. regarding the first phase of the Zaporizhia Wind Farm.
