Davy Gorselé is the founder and Managing Partner of Quorum Law and leads the firm's Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice. Davy has developed a leading practice in private equity and M&A, advising throughout the full investment lifecycle. He regularly acts for private equity funds and investment vehicles on platform acquisitions, buy-and-build strategies, bolt-on acquisitions, exits, recapitalisations and management incentive arrangements.
