Mr. Tian has focused on enforcement, dispute resolution and litigation relating to patents, trademarks, unfair competition and copyright. Mr. Tian is devoted to a large number of the high-profile cases handled by the firm and has advised numerous multinational clients. He has broad and rich experience in all kinds of IP-related work – litigation in particular. Due to his superb performance and contribution to the firm, he was made a partner in 2005 and has headed the litigation department since then. He is now the managing partner of the firm. His working languages are Chinese and English.
