David is a banking partner in our London office specialising in real estate finance. He acts for lenders, private equity funds and other investors in the UK and continental Europe with particular experience in relation to transactions with intercreditor arrangements, loan portfolio sales and pan-European property acquisitions. He also has experience working on leverage finance, general lending and restructuring transactions.
