Labor and Employment.
Mr. Kadue represents management in employment counseling and litigation. He concentrates in the defense of class action claims for wage and hour violations and employment discrimination. He also advises employers with respect to prevention of workplace harassment, employment contracts, employment policies, and employee discipline.
Mr. Kadue has authored numerous books, articles, and blogs relating to California employment law, employee privacy, workplace harassment, wrongful dismissal, and employment discrimination.
