David Goldberg

David is the founding partner of Pinna Goldberg’s London office. He is a solicitor-advocate specialising in international commercial and investment arbitration.

Recognised for his expertise in complex investment and state-related disputes, he has been continuously ranked in International Arbitration and Public International Law / Investment Arbitration categories whilst at his previous firms.

David is a Chartered Arbitrator and has been appointed and conducted arbitrations under all major arbitral institutions and rules. He has extensive experience representing clients in court proceedings involving issues like award enforcement, arbitrator appointments, and interim measures, such as disclosure and worldwide freezing orders. His experience covers a broad range of sectors, including oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services and insurance.

He is a board member of the LCIA.

David speaks English and Russian fluently.
