He is also sought by major companies to advise on anti-corruption compliance and internal investigations and is particularly experienced in advising companies in the manufacturing/industrials, pharmaceutical, TMT, and energy and natural resources sectors. David is a member of the SIAC and JCAA panels of arbitrators, and a member of the Advisory Board to the Japan International Dispute Resolution Centre. David is qualified in England and Wales and is licensed to practice in Japan as a Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi (registered foreign lawyer).
