David Gerger

For the past 30 years, David has built a national practice based on excellent results and outstanding service. Some of his biggest victories are quietly avoiding a DOJ or SEC case – in areas as diverse as price fixing, fraud, bribery, tax, environmental, FCPA, trade sanctions, health care, false statement, and others. He is also known for his court cases, some of which are listed below.

David clerked for two federal judges – U.S. District Judge Harry Lee Hudspeth in El Paso, Texas and U.S. Fifth Circuit Judge Jerre S. Williams – and served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender in Houston. Before starting his current firm, David practiced at Foreman DeGeurin Nugent & Gerger and opened the Houston office of the Quinn Emanuel firm.
