David White’s construction experience includes representing contractors, subcontractors, design engineers and project owners in disputes involving gas pipelines and compressor stations, steel mills, roads, retaining walls, industrial furnaces, airports, shopping centers and retail complexes, underground utilities, hospitals, commercial buildings, schools, and churches. His practice covers all aspects of construction law, from contract drafting and review, prosecuting and defending breach of contract/delay claims and payment disputes, including bond and mechanics’ liens matters and product defect/construction accident suits. In addition, he advises and counsels companies in navigating the opportunities and challenges related to the development of large-scale data center projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
His commercial litigation experience includes complex breach of contract matters, premises liability defense litigation, and products liability defense litigation.
Dave has tried cases in state and federal trial courts and before government agencies. He has appeared before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. White has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as AAA arbitration and mediation.
