David’s area of specialisation is Local and International Commercial Arbitration, commercial litigation covering various areas such as contract law, employment law, tax law, mining law, banking and finance, as well as capital market disputes. David has over the years gained considerable experience in assisting our clients with various complex legal issues and enjoys considerable respect within the legal profession.

His professional qualifications include: Certificate in Public Private Partnerships and Infrastructure Financing from Regal Exchange, an organization based in the United Kingdom; Certificate in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva; Certificate of Competence in Capital Markets and Investment Advisory from the Zambia Institute of Business College Trust (ZIBCT).

David has also successfully undertaken a number of commercial and employment litigation cases that have since been reported in the Zambia Law Reports.
