David Cadman KC

David Cadman KC is a senior litigation practitioner and founding partner with the leading litigation practice in Turks & Caicos, Dentons TCI. David is both a barrister called to the Bar of England & Wales (1996) and an attorney in the Turks and Caicos Islands (2005). He has 30 years' litigation experience at all levels and practices in a wide spectrum of dispute resolution matters. He has a great deal of experience in working with international law firms in multi-national litigation. David deals with commercial disputes, judicial review, trusts, professional negligence, property disputes, insurance law, civil recovery, divorce, and matrimonial finance. He was appointed Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) in 2021.
