Partners. David is both a barrister called to the Bar of England & Wales and an attorney in Turks and Caicos. He has 25 years' litigation

experience at all levels and practices in a wide spectrum of dispute resolution matters. He has a great deal of experience in working with

international law firms in multi-national litigation. David deals with commercial disputes, judicial review, trusts, professional negligence, property

disputes, insurance law, civil recovery, divorce, and matrimonial finance. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2021.
