David B. Golubchik, a partner of Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik L.L.P., focuses his practice on business reorganization and bankruptcy. His representative industries include construction and real estate, aerospace, publishing, apparel, food, beverages, restaurants, and other wholesale, retail and service operations both domestically and internationally.

A prolific author and speaker on bankruptcy issues, Mr. Golubchik is a graduate of the Pepperdine University School of Law where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy. He also graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in economics. Since 2005, he has been honored annually as a “Super Lawyer” in annual region-wide peer surveys, an honor bestowed on only 5% of Southern California attorneys.
