Danielle Rose is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in high-stakes commercial disputes, which often emerge from significant market disruptions. These disputes frequently entail complex financial products, debt instruments, as well as M&A, joint venture and cross-border transactions.

Ms. Rose began her career at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where she litigated complex commercial and securities disputes, including M&A matters.

Following law school, Ms. Rose clerked for the Honorable Leonard B. Sand of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
