Daniela Ronchetti

Daniela Ronchetti is a partner at Tuthill & Hughes LLP. Her practice covers all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning for high net worth clients and families. She frequently advises clients on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies, including gifts and sales to grantor trusts, planning with family entities and life insurance planning, as well as trust modifications and decanting transactions. Daniela also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration matters. As a complement to her estate planning practice, Daniela counsels clients on premarital planning and prepares premarital and marital agreements. In the past decade, she has presented on a variety of estate planning topics, including grantor trusts and marital agreements. Prior to joining Tuthill & Hughes LLP in 2016, Daniela spent seven years in the Private Wealth practice group at Baker Hostetler LLP in Denver. Before that, Daniela was a law clerk for Justice Alex J. Martinez (ret.) of the Colorado Supreme Court.
