Dan is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice Group. Focuses on complex business litigation. His civil and criminal litigation experience includes antitrust, complex corporate disputes, financial institutions, health care, intellectual property, internal corporate (including Sarbanes-Oxley) investigations, securities and tax litigation. His practice also includes trial work in state and federal courts throughout the country, arbitration and mediation. Formerly, Daniel served as federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice.
