Daniel has considerable experience advising corporations, private equity sponsors, partnerships and individuals on a whole range of domestic and international tax. He particularly focusses on infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, corporate and real estate transactions. His areas of expertise additionally include transfer pricing, tax litigation, tax reporting and tax compliance matters. Daniel regularly contributes to the Luxembourg tax doctrine, sits in the redaction committee of several relevant tax publications and is active in the tax workgroups of leading industry associations. He speaks at conferences and is a visiting lecturer in tax law at the University of Luxembourg, the University of Liechtenstein and the University of Freiburg. Daniel is president of the Young IFA Luxembourg and member of the Luxembourg Transfer Pricing Association (LTPA).
