Daniel Diz

Daniel Diz is the founding and managing partner of Diz Abogados. He has extensive experience advising Mexican and international clients on corporate, financial, and transactional matters, with a focus on cross-border deals. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, securities offerings, private equity and venture capital fund formation, corporate governance, and real estate. He regularly advises clients from the U.S., Canada, and Europe, coordinating with foreign counsel on multi-jurisdictional transactions.
