Daniel D Bartfeld

Dan Bartfeld is a partner in the New York office of Milbank and is the practice group leader of the firm’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group (which has over 120 dedicated project finance attorneys) and a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee.

Mr. Bartfeld's practice focuses primarily on the representation of financial institutions, investment firms/portfolio companies, multinational companies and developers in a wide range of power (renewable/conventional), transportation infrastructure, oil/gas and energy-related projects and telecom infrastructure matters throughout Latin America and the US. Mr. Bartfeld has led the Milbank team in many of the largest and most high-profile transactions in these regions. He has particular expertise in financings throughout the capital structure/multi-sourced transactions, as well as representation of US, Asian and European-based investors focusing on project development, financing and M&A activities.
