Daniel’s practice covers a broad range of international commercial work, with a particular emphasis on shipping, commodities, energy and natural resources, and related international disputes. Daniel also accepts appointments as an arbitrator, accepting appointments from institutions and parties under LMAA Terms, institutional rules and in ad hoc arbitrations.
He has extensive experience, including in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and before a wide variety of arbitral bodies.
