Practice Areas

Dan is instructed to prosecute and defend in criminal cases at the highest level, across England and Wales. Many of the cases he is involved in

feature young and/or vulnerable witnesses and defendants. He is particularly adept at cases, which involve significant quantities of

technical/electronic evidence. Recent instructions include high-profile allegations of murder/manslaughter, serious violence, serious sexual offences,

high-value fraud and large-scale, multi-defendant drug conspiracies. In addition to his defence practice, Dan is a CPS Grade 3 prosecutor and on

the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences ("RASSO") list. He is also qualified to accept instructions from members of the public, in appropriate cases,

under the Direct Access provisions.
