When Damiano decided to leave the multinational where he worked as Legal Director someone, perhaps to convince him to stay, told him that as a lawyer he would only have his friends as clients. Instead, his aspiration was to create a firm where clients would come because they were aware they were finding the best.

Today, as the number of professionals in the Firm grows, the challenge is to try to lead everyone towards a common direction, vision and result.

The Firm is like a ship that follows its course, maintaining harmony and synchrony internally, because only in this way it can face calm seas or storms. In a ship, as in the Firm, everyone has a role completing the other professionals' roles. This is what transforms a single thing into something unique. This is the teaching learned thanks to the "Francesco Morosini" Naval College of the Navy, attended in Venice during the high school years.

Harmony within a working group arises from the strong union between the people who inspire it and from the full sharing of the common goal and vision. These elements are the prerequisite for quality, referring not only to the human and professional environment in which one works, but also to the desired method and result.
