Dale Kinsella is a nationally known trial lawyer specializing in the areas of entertainment and intellectual property litigation. He has successfully represented 'The Walking Dead' television show creator Frank Darabont and CAA in their profit participation suit against AMC, legendary boxer Manny Pacquiao, Hurt Locker director Kathryn Bigelow and writer Mark Boal, and American Idol’s Simon Fuller.

Mr. Kinsella has successfully represented motion picture studios, as well as recording companies including DreamWorks, Universal Studios and Legendary Films.
