She has helped top-tier companies navigate acquisitions, secure multi-million dollar funding, and build scalable corporate structures across borders.

With over 20 years of experience in international tax planning, investments, and wealth management, Daina Senapėdienė is the Founder of FO Consulting group, where she leads a multidisciplinary team advising high-net-worth individuals, tech entrepreneurs, and international investors. Under her leadership, FO Consulting has become known for its strategic expertise in cross-border wealth structuring, venture capital, and complex financial transactions. During her career, Daina has led more than 50 cross-border legal and investment projects across jurisdictions including Lithuania, the UK, the US, Cyprus, Malta, Luxembourg, Ireland, the UAE, Singapore, and more.

Daina has led strategic acquisitions, including the PVcase–Anderson Optimization deal in the solar software sector (US), and worked with most interesting digital ventures like Vinted, Pigu.lt, and NFQ across Europe.

She also assisted in securing 100M in Series B funding and played a key part in structuring Tech Lilium, a fund aimed at developing one of Europe’s largest tech hubs.

Additionally, she is a SMK College Supervisory Board member and the member of a Supervisory Board of Goindex, an innovative pension management platform.
