Career
Dahlia Joseph Rowe is a leading practitioner in the Eastern Caribbean. As the founding member of the firm, her pursuit of excellence has steered the direction of the firm to emerge as a leading law firm in a relatively short time. Dahlia served for 6 consecutive years as the president of the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association and is currently the Treasurer of the OECS Bar Association. Those achievements are a testament to her high level of competency and great interpersonal skills as she is accessible, reliable, and sound in her judgment.
Dahlia’s experience is multifaceted as she has attended to numerous commercial transactions for various international banks and or their clients undertaking securitization transactions using International Business Corporations (IBC’s) and Limited Liability Companies (LLC’s) and has attended to some of the most significant and precedent setting litigation in the Eastern Caribbean dealing with complex commercial disputes. Additionally, she has over 18 years’ experience in Investment Migration and real estate purchase, sale and development has successfully navigated the intricacies of those constantly changing markets.
