Career

o Brandon Trice is an experienced and creative litigator who represents clients in commercial and public interest matters and is dedicated to advancing progressive causes. He is often called upon to assist organizations and individuals in resolving high-profile, high-stake claims, and he has been recognized by numerous publications for his advocacy and commitment to his clients’ interests. Most recently, Brandon helped to secure a historic settlement agreement with Florida that effectively nullified the most dangerous and discriminatory impacts of the State’s “Don’t Say Gay” law, and he successfully represented the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in fending off numerous challenges to New York’s groundbreaking congestion pricing program. Brandon is also representing E. Jean Carroll in her cases against President Donald J. Trump. Brandon clerked for the Honorable J. Paul Oetken of the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Barrington Parker Jr. of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
