Key speaker at conferences and trainer in international M&A student programs, Corina is appreciated for her strategic, business-driven approach forged in multiple complex projects and solid academic background, including M&A expertise derived from Columbia Business School.
Over the years, she has coordinated and provided key strategic advice in the restructuring of large real estate portfolios in view of divestment, reorganizations entailing debt-to-equity swaps, cross-border transactions, greenfield projects with financing from major Romanian banks, and strategic investments in local start-ups including seed rounds.
