Corentin Coatalem is specialised in banking, finance and securities and particularly intervenes within the field of structured, acquisition and syndicated finance and debt restructuring.
He is also a specialist of derivatives and particularly of equity derivatives.
He regularly advises finance and derivatives teams of financial institutions in Paris and corporate clients of the firm in connection with their financings (including their Euro PP issues). He also intervenes in large-scale debt restructuring operations.

He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2002, he was co-opted as a partner in 2012.
