Colbie’s practice is devoted to litigation and resolution of construction-related legal issues, focusing on representation of general contractors and owners regarding public and private project-related claims such as construction and design defects, delay and disruption, lien/bond, warranty, payment, and contract disputes. Colbie has extensive recent experience assisting clients with navigating complex project-close out and related payment issues, including resolution of downstream lien/bond claims and owner payment/offset claims.
