Cliff Chow is a partner in our dispute resolution practice.
Cliff has a wide range of experience acting for clients in significant regulatory and corruption investigations by regulators and law enforcement agencies in Hong Kong, including the SFC, the HKMA, Competition Commission, the Privacy Commissioner, the ICAC and the Hong Kong police. He has also acted for clients in regulatory and corruption investigations conducted by the major overseas regulators and law enforcement bodies, including in China, the US, the UK and other European countries.
Cliff also has extensive experience in commercial disputes. He has acted for major international financial institutions, banks and Chinese corporations in court and arbitration proceedings relating to mis-selling claims, complex derivative transactions disputes, joint venture disputes, commercial disputes, and significant debt recovery actions.
Cliff speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
