I have over 23 years of experience in complex business transactions and international arbitration, spanning across sectors such as energy, oil and gas and infrastructure. Key features include:

- Substantial experience in Energy & Natural Resources, acting as leading lawyer in complex acquisitions and projects development, as well as in International Arbitration.

- Particularly proficient in the natural resources field, being recognized for the ability to devise tailored structures which helped companies preserve their mineral titles and navigate the permitting process for major new developments, often in the face of intense scrutiny.

- Assisted key players in the oil & gas industry in groundbreaking transactions for the Romanian market, including the negotiation and implementation of a wide range of arrangements related to production enhancement, transfer of interest in offshore blocks, joint operating and farm in/out agreements.

- Knowledgeable practitioner in environmental law, being involved in major litigations and M&A deals from highly regulated industries, where I coordinated the transactional due diligence process and provided advice related to regulatory compliance, strategic environmental assessment and transfer of liability for past polluting activities.
