Clément acts for investment funds, industrial and entrepreneurs in relation to M&A disputes, regulatory disputes and private investigations, shareholder and joint venture disputes, as well as a range of economic tort claims or fraud-related cases. He also developed an expertise in assisting high-potential innovative companies as well as venture and tech growth investors in their litigation.

He is a visiting professor at the School of public affairs at Sciences Po Paris since 2017, teaching Digital Law
