Career

Clayton is the founding and senior partner at Ketley Miller Joels Ltd. He deals with all aspects of family law specialising in all financial matters, high-net-worth cases, offshore trusts, company structures (private and public), pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation law. Clayton also deals with Inheritance Act claims. Clayton is dual qualified in both the UK and Australia.

Clayton predominantly represents high-net-worth clients on multi-jurisdictional issues often involving Europe, Channel Islands, Russia, Middle East or Australia. His cases often involve novel areas of the law across jurisdictions, and he is particularly adept at cases involving trusts.

Clayton commenced his career in Australia. He founded Ketley Miller Joels in 2010 with Mary Ketley and Jessica Joels.

He is a member of the dual-qualified Anglo-Australian Family Lawyers Group, Westminster & Holborn Law Society, Anglo-Australasian Lawyers Society and the Family Law Council of Australia. Clayton is recognised as a Leading Individual in Family Law in legal directories and has attended and spoken at conferences internationally.

He is particularly noted for his ability to assimilate and master the details of complex financial cases, his technical expertise and his excellent client management – through which he engenders trust and confidence from his clients.
