Partner in the real estate team and heads up our construction practice. Clare specialises in non-contentious construction, engineering, and procurement work. Clare advises on a wide range of procurement, construction and development issues, including mixed-use developments and regeneration programmes; framework agreements; education projects; fit-out contracts and term contracts for repair and maintenance.

Career

Qualified with Lewis Silkin in 1998, and made partner in 2006. Clare writes for the trade press and lectures on issues affecting construction and procurement both for external conference providers and for the firm’s clients.
