Clare Lu has nearly 30 years of professional experience in legal and tax services. She specializes in providing enterprises with retainer legal and tax advisory services covering general legal matters, taxation, foreign exchange control, customs administration and corporate operation. She provides tax and legal services including investment structure design, business model planning, projects negotiation, documents drafting and reviewing in inbound and outbound investments.

Clare has participated in numerous domestic and cross-border M&A, group restructuring and IPO projects, providing services including deal structuring, legal & tax due diligence, and legal & tax consultation. She also assists enterprises in tax and customs disputes resolution, and provides comprehensive compliance advisory services.
