"We have solid experience as tax advisors and, for this, we have a first-rate multidisciplinary team. We are known for offering strategic, effective and pragmatic advice. We identify those critical and key aspects in tax matters when making business decisions and/or defining the price or the conditions of an economic exchange.
We work closely with the other practice areas in order to advise on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, transfer prices and/or litigation.
In addition, we attend to any concerns regarding the application of national and international tax regulations and we understand that these queries must be resolved accurately and quickly.
