Ciaran Markey is a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution department. Ciarán specialises in complex disputes focusing on TMT (IP, Technology, Media and Data Privacy) and Regulatory (FS, Advertising, Competition/Antitrust).
Ciarán advises leading multi-nationals, financial institutions and other regulated entities in litigation, alternative dispute resolution and in investigations and interaction with regulators including the CBI and CCPC. Ciarán advises clients in crisis and risk management and where litigation is advisable/unavoidable, he has extensive experience in acting in complex high stakes disputes before the Commercial Court and achieving successes for clients.
