Christopher “Chris” S. Harrison is the Managing Partner of Sterlington and leads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Over the course of his career, Chris has advised on transactions totaling hundreds of billions of dollars. Before founding Sterlington, Chris spent eight years at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, served as Co-Head of the market-leading Investment Management M&A practice at Schulte Roth & Zabel, and served as Chief Investment Officer of a multibillion-dollar family office.
He is the author of Make the Deal: Negotiating Mergers & Acquisitions, published by Bloomberg, and featuring a back cover endorsement from Marty Lipton. It was ranked the #1 New Release in Corporate Finance and M&A on Amazon.
Chris holds a J.D. cum laude from NYU School of Law and has taught M&A courses at NYU Law for over a decade alongside his practice.
