Christopher Hanba has almost 20 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with particular experience in representing clients in the technology sector. Chris acts as lead counsel on patent, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, copyright, and trade secret matters. He is experienced in bench and jury trials throughout the United States, including before the District Courts and the International Trade Commission. Chris has served as lead counsel in a number of recent successful trials. He also represents clients in appellate proceedings and has argued before several United States Courts of Appeals. Chris has also handled a number of cases relating to intellectual property rights in Asia as a member of the firm’s ASEAN practice
Chris’s background in software consulting gives him unique insight when it comes to advising clients. Chris is well-versed in handling matters involving a wide variety of technology, including artificial intelligence, software, network security, cellular technology, semiconductors, microprocessors, DRAM and NAND flash memory architecture, computer systems, network technology, mobile devices, biotechnology, digital camera technology, internet technology, medical devices, automotive devices, sensor technology, and software-based medical infrastructure services.
