Christine Arndt advises private clients on family law and inheritance law. She has extensive experience in crossborder litigation and dispute resolution. Christine Arndt is specialized in complex divorce disputes and financial settlements, in particular with an international element involving companies, real estate and jurisdiction issues. She is very experienced in pre- and post-nuptial agreements with an international dimension.

Career

Founding partner of Langner Arndt (2014). Part-time judge at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court since 2021. Certified Specialist SBA family law ("Fachanwalt Familienrecht SAV") and Mediator SAV. Qualified lecturer for family law at Zurich University since 2016. Family court judge in Zug / Switzerland (2007-2014). Admitted to the bar 2004. Studied law at Zurich University.
