Career

Christie is a Chambers-rated government contracts attorney that has extensive firsthand experience and insight into the source selection process, bid protests and claims, post-award contract management, termination settlements, and M&A transactions dealing with a variety of agencies and industries.

Earlier in her career, Christie was a Senior Government Contracts Attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she served as litigation counsel for several multi-billion dollar bid protests at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and advised Contracting Officers and Senior Department Officials on cradle to grave contract matters. Prior to that, Christie spent over eight years as a Contracting Officer for the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She held an Unlimited Warrant and performed all aspects of the solicitation, award and post-award management of several complex mission support single and multiple award contracts.

In 2017, Christie was appointed by Michael E. Horowitz, Inspector General to the U.S. Department of Justice, as the Department of Justice Fellow to the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE).
